1. 為了杜絕校園狼師，以及不適任的教育人員，立法院三讀通過「教師法」部份條文修正，除了把性侵害犯罪判刑確定者，納入解聘、停聘以及不續聘的條件外，教育人員，如果沒有依規定通報或隱匿校園性侵害事件，也可能遭到免職或解聘。
To avoid unqualified teachers who may involve sexual issues and the ineligible teaching workers, the Legislative Yuan passes its third reading on part of articles in the Teachers’ Law. The revise decides to include the criminals who are sentenced to the offense in the unemployment, suspension and abrogation of employment. Moreover, the teaching workers who don’t report or try to hide any sexual harassment may lead to unemployment as well.
2. 101學年度四技二專技優保送入學招生，明天公告簡章，不發售紙本簡章，考生可以到四技二專聯合甄選委員會網站下載。明年四技二專技優保送入學總共釋出633個招生名額，一律採網路報名，時間是明年1月2號上午10點起到明年1月4號下午5點，歡迎考生踴躍報考。
The brief statement of regulations for 2012 recommendation examination for admission to 4-year Technological and Vocational College and 2-year Junior College will be released tomorrow. Test takers can download it from the website of the joint selection committee. Six hundred thirty-three vacancies are expected to be offered in the recommendation. 4. 新北市「擁夢飛翔」第7輯出版了，收錄10位新北市總統教育獎推薦學生、卓越清寒圓夢基金獎助者以及優秀的身心障礙學生，透過他們克服困難、勇於追夢的歷程，將帶給學子更多的感動和省思。

5. 家扶基金會蒐集今年1月到現在的兒童保護新聞，發現305件中有150件是性侵案，比例高達49.18%，而且6 歲以下兒童受虐程度有嚴重化、生命受到威脅的現象。家扶基金會呼籲，全民應該「雞婆」一點些，發現兒虐事件可撥打「113」及時通報，減少遺憾發生；另外，子女不是父母私有財產，加強正確的親職教育觀念也是當務之急。

6. 明年一月14號是總統、立委選舉，為疏運返鄉投票旅客，台灣高鐵公司宣佈，將從明年元1月13號起到16號，加開列車，民眾從本週六就可以開始訂票。疏運期間高鐵仍然維持自由座服務，也有早鳥票優惠。
